The Client: Cooltrader A multi store high street retailer based in Deeside.
The Challenge To promote their offers, get some market share from the nationals and win the local battle on the high street every day.
Setting the scene Through aggressive buying Cooltrader were able to offer deals better than the nationals on many occasions, as well as having different deals in different stores. This meant that it made some of the deals store specific and their promotions needed to run differently than most of their competitors.
The Process We produced demographic profiling and maps for each store and recommended the best route to market. We were able to print multi 4 colour versions and personalise each leaflet to make them store specific. We looked at where their competitors were in the area and in some cases did bespoke solus delivery only hitting the relevant streets. The process was constantly monitored through Pinpoint our own CRM system, allowing the minimum amount of leaflets to work harder and to keep it fresh and up to date.
