Important: The eggs should be boiled very hard so that they do not become mushy in the end and the sauce becomes a single puree. It is best to cook for about ten to twelve minutes, depending on the size. If they end up in the sauce, the amateur chef should be careful so that the egg pieces can still be felt at the end and not everything becomes too slippery. You will need: 50 grams of butter, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 carrot, 400 milliliters of vegetable stock, 400 milliliters of milk, 200 grams of peas, 2 cans of mushrooms, 10 eggs, 5 teaspoons of mustard, sugar, salt and pepper

Here’s how: Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Boil the eggs very hard in enough water and then rinse and peel. Pour off mushrooms and peas. Melt some butter in a saucepan. Add diced onions and fry lightly. Then add the carrots and fry a little.

Then add the flour and fry slightly while stirring constantly. In a large bowl, combine the broth and milk and slowly, gradually, add this mixture to the onion, carrot and flour mixture, stirring constantly. Simmer until desired consistency is achieved. If the sauce is still too thick, add a little milk if necessary.
