You will need: 350 grams of gnocchi, 500 grams of minced meat, 150 grams of grated cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 150 milliliters of whipped cream, 150 grams of cream cheese, salt, pepper, a little oil, 2 onions, fresh chives.

Here’s how it works: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic lightly. Then add the minced meat and fry crumbly.
