Try whole grain rice

If you want to be really healthy, try the whole grain version instead of white rice. Brown rice has more vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids than white rice. Among other things, its big plus in polyunsaturated fatty acids is essential for maintaining our cells and a functioning cardiovascular system.

In addition, whole grain rice stays in the stomach longer due to its fiber content and requires significantly more enzyme work from our digestive system until it releases its ingredients to the cells and tissues. In this way, satiety lasts longer and voracious hunger is avoided.
