Here is the recipe that is guaranteed to taste good for the whole family.

You will need: 500 grams of waxy potatoes, 2 red peppers, 2 onions, 500 g of minced meat, 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, a little oil, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 500 milliliters of vegetable stock, salt, pepper and a little chives.

Make the farmer’s stew yourself: With this recipe, the soup is very simple

Here’s how: Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and core and cut the meat. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat some oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion in it until it becomes translucent. Then add the ground beef and fry until crumbly.

Add the diced peppers and fry a little. Then add the tomato puree and fry lightly. Pour in the broth, add canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cover with a saucepan. Then simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat until the peppers are soft. Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes until done.

When the potato cubes are ready, wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Pour in the soup and stir again. Serve hot. Have a nice meal!
