Fixed Quick pizza sticks in between: simply heavenly!
Sometimes it just has to be a real snack. And we think that’s exactly when our pizza sticks really come in handy. Ratzfat in the oven and incredibly tasty.
Ingredients for 12 sticks:
1 pizza dough, chilled shelf
6 tablespoons tomato puree
200 g cheese, grated
10 minutes (plus 15 minutes baking time)
And this is how it is done:
In the first step, take the dough out of the package and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. At the same time, heat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat (200 degrees circulating air).
Mix a sauce from the tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano and then spread it evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the dough, then put it all in the oven and bake on the bottom shelf for 15 minutes.
Take the finished pizza out of the oven and cut into twelve equally wide strips from the narrow side and allow to cool slightly. Then you can also snack on the treat as finger food.
As you can see, our superquick pizza sticks just a juicy pizza margarita that has been shaped into a practical shape. But honestly? After all, who’s ever said that cooking a delicious movie night can be extra complicated? Of course, you can also release the steam when it comes to cold cuts and bake the pizza in advance with peppers, mushrooms or even ham and salami. With the sausage slices, however, you should make sure to cut the strips very carefully, otherwise you can quickly pull down the entire topping on the other sticks when you grab them.
