Recipe for delicious salmon in a spicy paprika coconut sauce

You need for 2 people: 300 grams salmon fillet, 1 onion, 1 hot pepper, 1 red pepper, 250 grams tomatoes, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 clove garlic, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 120 milliliters coconut milk, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt pepper

Here’s how it works: Rinse the salmon briefly with water, dry it and season with pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash peppers and chili peppers. Cut both into pieces, the peppers very small.

Peel the tomatoes. To do this, cut them all across and place them briefly in boiling water. Then peel off, cut out the stems and dice the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, put the salmon in it and fry for about three minutes on each side. Remove the salmon and keep it warm. Then add the onion, garlic, pepperoni, pepper and spices to the pan and fry on low heat for about two minutes. Stir again and again.

Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil and lower to medium heat. Then add the coconut milk and let it simmer. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Put the salmon back, lower the heat, cover the pan and let stand for three minutes.
