This is how the asparagus salad is made with couscous

Here’s how it works: Bring water to a boil and pour over the couscous. Mix with lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil and salt and let swell for five minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the green asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the woody ends. Cut the sticks into 3 cm long pieces. Drain corn.
