You will need: 500 grams of pasta (preferably Spirelli), 1 poultry sausage, 1 pack of semi-hard cheese, 1 can of cucumbers, 1 small can of peas, 1 can of salad mayonnaise, a little ketchup, salt, pepper, chives

Here’s how it works: Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, then rinse with cold water and allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, chop the ingredients. The amount depends on personal feeling – in the end it should be a good mix of pasta and other ingredients. So: Cut the semi-hard cheese and the meat sausage into small cubes, and also cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Let it drain and let the peas drain.

Put the noodles in a large bowl, add the pre-cut ingredients and mix everything. Then prepare the salad dressing. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a ratio of one to five. So: One tablespoon of ketchup for every fifth tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix with a little cucumber broth to a smooth sauce and taste with salt and pepper.
