The ingredients for the quick pasta stew with spinach and gorgonzola

Here’s how it works: First, rinse the spinach and let it drain thoroughly. The garlic is halved and sliced ​​thinly.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in well-salted water until almost al dente and let it drain. Then heat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat (or 160 degrees hot air).

In a bowl, mix the egg with the cream cheese, spinach, vegetable stock, the thin slices of garlic and spinach and season with pepper and salt.

Now put the almost cooked noodles in an oven dish, add the cream cheese, egg and spinach mixture and stir everything together. Finally add the Gorgonzola flakes and place the casserole dish in the oven.
