Ingredients for crispy baked cauliflower

You need: 500 grams cauliflower, 100 grams flour, 180 milliliters milk, 50 milliliters water, 2 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons paprika, salt & pepper, 150 grams breadcrumbs

Then it will be made crispy baked cauliflower

Here’s how it works: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat).

Divide the cauliflower into bouquets that are not too small. Mix milk, flour, water, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Peel and squeeze the garlic and stir in the liquid. Put the breadcrumbs in a second bowl.

Now dip the cauliflower in the liquid first and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Place the breaded cauliflower bouquets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that they do not lie too close together.
