This is how it works:

First let the oven preheat to 175 degrees (top and bottom heat) or 150 degrees (hot air).

Then peel the onion and garlic and cut both into fine cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, crumble the minced meat and let it fry, turning regularly. Break up the meat well. Then add onion, garlic and thyme and fry briefly. Then add the tomato puree and fry it briefly. Season everything with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and paprika.

Dissolve the vegetable broth powder in 700 milliliters of warm water. Then glaze the minced meat with the tomatoes in the broth. Let everything boil slowly. Then add the milk and crème fraîche and stir well.

Add the raw noodles and stir well. Then fill everything in an ovenproof dish and crumble the cheese over.

Now put the pot in the preheated oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the thyme and shake it dry. Roughly remove the leaves from the stems.

When you take the pot out of the oven, drizzle over a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.

Now you can serve. Have a nice meal!
