The ingredients for a delicious Brussels sprouts sandwich
You need a baguette, 150 grams of Brussels sprouts, 30 grams of parmesan, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tomato, cucumber, red onion, 1 tablespoon hummus, 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons yogurt, a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes, nutmeg, olive oil.

The recipe for a delicious Brussels sprout sandwich
Here’s how it works: First you need to clean the Brussels sprouts. To do this, remove the woody end of the stem and the outer, dark green leaves. Then rinse bouquets under cold water and quart them.
Now chop the garlic and add it to the bowl with grated parmesan, a pinch of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well. Then place everything on a plate where it enters the oven preheated to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for almost 20 minutes.
While the brussels sprouts are sitting there and get a nice, cheesy, brown crust, you can prepare the rest of the brussels sprouts. Cut tomato and cucumber into slices and red onion into half rings.

For the dressing, mix hummus, yogurt, sriracha sauce and lemon juice with a pinch of nutmeg.
If you want, you can spread a thin layer of butter on the sliced baguette and fry it in a pan until crispy. This is really just for the extra chalk though.
When the brussels sprouts are ready, take them out of the oven and you can start building the sandwich: Spread your dressing on the lower half of your baguette, then place a generous amount of the brussels sprouts and cheese mixture on top and top with whatever you like cucumber, tomato and onion . Then add a generous dollop of dressing, then the top half and the delicious Brussels sprouts are ready and the leftover Brussels sprouts have come in handy!
