This is doubly annoying, as bananas harm the environment due to their long transport routes from Colombia or Costa Rica. You need: 200 milliliters of milk (alternatively: almond or oat milk), 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 overripe banana

Here’s how it works: Peel the banana and add to the mixer with the rest of the ingredients. Mix on high for about two minutes. Have a nice meal!

Bake banana bread from overripe bananas

You need: 2 overripe bananas, 2 eggs, 80 milliliters oil, 130 grams brown sugar, 200 grams flour, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch cinnamon, 1 teaspoon butter

Here’s how it works: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients (except butter) to the bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Grease a loaf pan with the butter. Fill the dough. Put it in the oven for 55 minutes. Have a nice meal!

Banana pancakes for a sweet lunch

You need: 2 overripe bananas, 1 egg, 100 milliliters of milk, 4 tablespoons of flour, oil for frying

Here’s how it works: Roughly peel and chop the bananas. Put the bananas in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients and mix until fluffy. Note: The flour must not form lumps. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the banana pancakes in batches until golden brown on both sides. Have a nice meal!
