All you need is the right recipe, then the potatoes will taste anything but monotonous, but incredibly versatile. With this recipe you can make delicious and crunchy pickled potatoes from the oven – in three varieties.

The ingredients for delicious pickled potatoes
For 2 people you need 500 grams of small to medium-sized potatoes, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt. For the variations you need 25 grams of parmesan, 2 cloves of garlic, ½ fresh parsley, 2 more tablespoons of olive oil, 40 grams of Sucuk, 50 grams of Gouda.

Fan potato variant 1: The basic recipe
Here’s how it works: The basic recipe for fan potatoes is very simple. Preheat the oven first. You can prepare your potatoes during this time.
These are first washed thoroughly because they are eaten with the skin on. Then place each potato between two chopsticks (or other slice but not too thick object) and cut into thin slices with a knife. The chopsticks prevent you from cutting the potatoes all the way, which creates the fan shape.

For the basic recipe, you now only need to salt the potatoes, drizzle over olive oil (4 tablespoons) and then put it in the oven for 45 minutes. When they are crispy, they come out of the oven. They taste especially good as herb quark, but a good dollop of crème fraiche or horseradish also tastes good.
Fan potato variant 2: With garlic and parmesan
With this variant, you also cut the potatoes in fan shape. But before they get into the oven, there are a few other steps to consider.
First chop the garlic and parsley and mix with the olive oil (here there are 6 tablespoons in total). Then grate the parmesan into the mixture as well and season with salt.

Now brush the jackpot generously with the marinade until it is done and set everything in the oven for 45 minutes until everything is crispy and brown.
Fan potato variant 3: With Sucuk and Gouda
With this variant, the potatoes are also cut into a fan shape and the oven is preheated. Then cut the sucuk and gouda into thin slices and insert them alternately into the openings on the potato fan. Now brush the potatoes with olive oil (4 tablespoons) and then put it in the oven.
