  1. Roughly chop both covers and melt in two separate bowls over a hot water bath.

  2. Whole milk and bittersweet coating separated from each other melted over a hot water bath.

  3. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and milk while stirring with the whisk of the hand mixer.

  4. Stir in the eggs one at a time for ½ min and beat the batter for 3 min until fluffy.

  6. Distribute the batter evenly between three bowls. Stir in vanilla sugar in the first third, whole milk coating and cocoa powder in the second third and dark chocolate in the third third.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees for convection oven). Line a springform pan (26 cm Ø) with parchment paper. Pour the batter alternately in small portions in the middle of the mold to create a nice pattern. Repeat this process until the dough is completely finished.

  10. Bake the cake in the hot oven on a wire rack in the middle of the shelf for about 40 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly, take out the mold and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Serve powdered with powdered sugar.

If you want to go a little faster, you can simply pour together the thirds of the dough and carefully marble them.
