  1. Mix the breadcrumbs evenly with parmesan, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

  2. Whisk the eggs in a soup bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Put the flour in another plate.

  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air. Wash the zucchini and cut into even sticks.

  4. Roll the zucchini sticks in the flour, egg and breading mixture one after the other.

  5. Bake on the middle grid on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 20 minutes until golden.
